  1. Your incoming mail is sent to a secure PO Box managed by Digiscribe and picked-up daily for immediate processing.
  2. We open, sort, scan and index your time-sensitive documents.  We can also  OCR the documents to enable full-text searches of words or phrases and indicate their location within a document.
  3. Digitized documents are delivered directly into your document management system for easy and quick storage and retrieval.
  4. Scanned documents can kick off an automated workflow in your organization for streamlined and accelerated completion of critical business decisions and action.
