The Digiscribe management team has a wealth of industry experience in delivering customized paperless office solutions to meet the needs and budgets of clients across all industries and business applications.

Key members of our management team are Certified Document Imaging Architects (CDIA), an industry certification that denotes an expertise in the technologies and best practices used to plan, design and specify a document imaging management system. They are also certified resellers of various document management and electronic content management software and systems, and certified trainers and resellers of litigation support software.

Mitch Taube, CEO
Mitch is the principal founder of Digiscribe, which he formed in 2002 to provide companies of all sizes with cost-effective document management solutions.

With over 20 years of experience in the information services industry, Mitch brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the company.

In 1988, he founded International Data Services (IDS) of New York. Under his leadership, IDS grew to become a leading data management company, providing data entry, data processing, coding and indexing services to corporations and service bureaus nationwide, as well as litigation support and database building services to leading law firms.

In 1997, Mitch merged IDS into ImageMax, a nationwide information management services company. While at ImageMax, he served as the National Sales and Marketing Manager and held a seat on the Board Of Directors for three years.

Christopher Dutra, VP Sales
Chris has been in the document management industry nearly two decades and is one of the original founding members of Digiscribe.

With his extensive and varied background in information management, sales, project management and data entry, Chris brings a unique blend of experience to the company.

Prior to joining Digiscribe in 2002, Chris was a Senior Account Executive at ImageMax and a Project Manager at IDS.
He started in the industry as a Legal Librarian-Trial Support Specialist for IBM, creating databases and retrieval indexes for the firm’s in-house and independent counsel. He was also a Presentation Graphics Specialist, designing slide shows for senior executive presentations and speaking engagements.

Barbara Collins, VP Operations
Barbara has worked in the information management industry for over 10 years and has been with Digiscribe since its inception.

Her expertise is in production management and quality control, especially for high volume projects that require a quick turnaround.

In her role as VP Operations, Barbara has instituted comprehensive tracking systems to manage workflow, meet tight deadlines and ensure quality control.

Prior to joining Digiscribe, Barbara was a Production Manager at ImageMax and a Project Manager at IDS.

Ellen Rothschild, Director of Marketing
Ellen brings several years of marketing experience to her position at Digiscribe.
Prior to joining the company, Ellen was a Marketing Manager at both ImageMax and IDS and was an Account Supervisor for a number of renowned New York advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Dancer Fitzgerald and Geers Gross.
