System Training
We offer training for both your document management system administrators and end-users, with toll-free tech support and 24x7 access to back-up documentation online.
Training can be conducted on your premises or via Internet-based “webinar” sessions—which allow staff from multiple locations to receive training at the same time, without incurring traveling expenses. We can also conduct training at our Elmsford, NY facility—which is easily accessible from New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. |
Administrator Training:
Administrator training differs from end-user training and deals with topics such as:

- Security and authorization levels
- Reporting
- Data group management

- How to migrate jobs/workflow

End-User Training Topics:
Working with your Administrator(s), we will develop a training agenda, determine who needs to be trained and how they will use the document management system.
Topics can include:
- Accessing the system/log-in
- Selecting projects
- Searching/queries
- Working with search results
(annotations, changing index values)
- Distributing documents
(via email, printing, export)
End-user training can be a live on-screen presentation by the instructor, by WebExTM or hands-on training, where each student has a computer. The training method selected is based on your needs and facilities. |
